- Prices are in Canadian dollars, FOB our Toronto warehouse.
Orders in excess of $ 400 are shipped freight prepaid. Orders less than $ 400 are shipped prepaid and invoiced.
Orders are shipped same day as received by UPS ground unless otherwise specified by customer. No minimum order.
Payment: net 30 days on approved credit.
Warranties
ARC GEAR.
ARC GEAR is warranted to be free of manufacturer’s defects upon delivery. Because applications vary, no use warranty is implied or intended. The buyer should make a careful analysis of the use and purpose for which these products are purchased. It will be the buyer’s duty and responsibility to determine whether these products will adequately protect the wearer or user in the environment in which they are used. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Steel Grip Inc. and PMMI International Ltd. disclaim and exclude all other warranties, whether implied or otherwise, and expressly disclaim and exclude any warranties that might otherwise be implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular of intended use, purpose or application. No oral representation inconsistent with the above shall be binding to Steel Grip Inc. or PMM International Ltd.
SUPERDISK/ SUPERCUT
SUPERDISK and SUPERCUT are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and/or materials for one year from the date of retail purchase. . Please contact your local representative for details. Warranty is restricted to replacement of the product, or credit of the purchase price of the product to our customer. Warranty is specifically restricted to defects in materials and workmanship of the product. Warranty does not cover the use of the product for purposes other than those for which it is intended, or the normal wear associated with the use of the product. SUPERDISK is a consumable product—it will wear down with use.
CIMCO TOOLS
CIMCO TOOLS are warranted for the reasonable lifetime of the tool, with the exception of the ratcheted product from CIMCO, which are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days. A loaner program is available for utility end-users of CIMCO ratcheted product. Please contact your local representative for details. Warranty is restricted to replacement of the product, or credit of the purchase price of the product to our customer.
Retailers and wholesalers may be afforded a 1% warranty allowance in lieu of warranty upon their request.
Return Policy
All PMMI product is returnable after obtaining an RGA# from customer service at PMMI in Toronto. Product must be in saleable condition with intact and undamaged packaging, free of price tags or other retail markings. Product must be returned freight prepaid to the PMMI warehouse in Toronto. Credit will be given for returned product at the price originally charged.
